We have recently upgraded our facilities to include measures such as robotic welding cells that guarantee consistent and flawless construction of pallet racking beams, a new rolling mill dedicated to producing pallet racking uprights and new rolling, welding and paint technology. This investment is crucial to our customers and we can now increase our manufacturing capacity while also meeting the highest standards.

As a manufacturing business, we have a responsibility towards the environment. It’s for this reason that our recent manufacturing improvements also address how we can reduce our own carbon footprint. We have installed new energy-efficient nanotechnology to reduce water temperatures during the paint line process, while automated robotic welding optimises welding efficiency but also reduces scrap material wastage.

The new expanded range enables us to supply you with everything you need, whether it’s a couple of bays at a single level right through to a multiple-level high warehouse.
The new range includes a greater family of uprights that enables your racking to meet higher bay loads, crane racking requirements and gives more options for drive-in and automated solutions. When we talk about going to new heights, we mean it. Our SKMX range will accommodate everything from 2 to over 20 metres and has even been installed in rack-clad buildings up to 47m high.
