Traditionally, paving products were displayed on mesh vertical displays with limited in-store stock, requiring frequent customer orders. To meet rising demand and improve availability, B&Q needed to increase the number of stillages in its stores, from 10 per year to 600, within a tight six-week deadline during the busy Christmas season.

Polypal leveraged its offshore network to design, test, and manufacture prototypes, ensuring they met safety and quality standards. Once approved, 600 stillages were produced and distributed to stores by B&Q’s logistics partner, GXO Logistics. The project was completed on time, despite the shortened lead time.
